In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and building systems by providing technical support and executing maintenance activities that enhance operational efficiency and safety.

- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules to ensure facilities and equipment are maintained effectively and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing facility systems and manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in inspections and quality assessments to identify maintenance needs and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related engineering roles
- Knowledge of building systems, manufacturing equipment maintenance, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems, troubleshooting tools, and basic engineering software
- Experience with preventive maintenance practices and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing facility environments
- Familiarity with energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to facility and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in facility operations
