The role offers growth opportunities within the company, with daily tasks including general site work, hand grading, pipe and drainage installation, cleanup, material handling, compaction, layout assistance, and site preparation in varying weather and terrain across Southwest Colorado.

Qualificações

• Entry-level position with opportunity for growth.
• Willing to learn equipment operation, excavation, grading, drainage, and site work over time.
• Experience in excavation, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment environments preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with general site work alongside equipment operators and crew leaders.
• Perform hand grading and shovel work, pipe and drainage installation.
• Assist with cleanup, material handling, compaction, layout, and site preparation.
