LandEx Earthworks LLC is seeking an experienced equipment operator and crew member to join our high‑end projects in Durango, Colorado. This role will involve operating compact track loaders, excavators, and performing tasks such as grading and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have real-world equipment operating experience, a commitment to quality work, and must be authorized to work in the United States. The position requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Real‑world experience operating the equipment listed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to pass a hands‑on field operator test.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver’s license (CDL acceptable).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work independently or as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate compact track loaders, mini excavators, and related machinery with care and professionalism.
• Read and shoot grade for elevations and drainage.
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily.
• Communicate professionally and work alongside the crew when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate compact track loaders, mini excavators, excavators, compaction equipment, and related machinery with care, awareness, and professionalism
• Read and shoot grade for elevations and drainage
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily
• Communicate professionally and work alongside the crew when needed
• Perform high‑quality work without abusing equipment or cutting corners

Qualifications

• Real‑world experience operating the equipment listed above
• Mechanical awareness and ability to produce high‑quality work
• Reliable transportation and willingness to pass a hands‑on field operator test
• Authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license (CDL acceptable)
• Willingness to travel throughout Southwest Colorado and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work independently or as part of a crew
• Commitment to background and drug‑testing checks
