Qualifications

• Experience in excavation, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general site work alongside equipment operators and crew leaders.
• Perform hand grading and shovel work, pipe and drainage installation.
• Assist with cleanup, material handling, compaction, layout, and site preparation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth within the company. The right person will have the opportunity to learn equipment operation and continue developing skills in excavation, grading, drainage, and site work over time. Daily tasks include working alongside equipment operators and crew leaders performing general site work, hand grading, shovel work, pipe and drainage installation, cleanup, material handling, compaction, layout assistance, and job site preparation. Experience in excavation, landscaping, construction, or heavy equipment environments is preferred but not required for the right person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation is required and applicants must be willing to work in varying weather and terrain conditions.
