Job summary

Nbutexas in Philadelphia is hiring an entry-level Event Manager to assist in daily execution and supervision of off-site events. We are growing and want someone hungry to learn the business. Join our family-oriented catering team with benefits, including PTO, 401k with match, and health insurance.

Monday–Friday admin work in the office plus weekends and nights for off-site events. You will organize with the sales team, respond to leads, and create detailed BEOs while gaining hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Entry-level role suitable for learning the business.
• Assist in the supervision of off-site events on weeknights and weekends.
• Respond to leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Create and detail Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
