A good event plan means very little if it doesn't work when the event begins. Materials need to be ready, people need to know their responsibilities, and customers need a clear reason to engage with the brand.

We're looking for an Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our Chicago team and help deliver promotional marketing events for businesses seeking to reach new customers.

This position combines event organisation with practical marketing and sales experience. You'll help prepare activities, coordinate with colleagues, represent client brands, and support customer acquisition during live promotional campaigns

You don't need previous event management experience. We'll provide training in how our campaigns operate, from preparation and customer engagement through to evaluating results.
