What You’ll Do

Responsibilities As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the entire event lifecycle from initial planning to flawless on-site execution. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual events
• Communicating directly with clients to understand goals, vision, and preferences
• Managing event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination
• Providing on-site support: guest registration, troubleshooting, and maintaining event flow
• Preparing event materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness
• Collaborating with internal teams (design, marketing, logistics) and third-party vendors
• Collecting post-event feedback and helping compile event performance reports for continuous improvement
