Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination of live events and brand activations

• Represent client brands with enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent customer service

• Engage attendees by sharing brand messages and distributing marketing materials

• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations

• Collect event feedback and help analyze outcomes to improve future campaigns

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field a plus

• No prior experience necessary — internships, volunteer roles, or extracurriculars in events or marketing are a bonus

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Weekend and evening availability preferred for event schedules
