Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical coursework preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or laboratory environments; relevant coursework, military service, or hands-on mechanical/electronics experience will be considered.
• RF or electronics industry experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Strong communicator; provides status updates, documents work clearly for others.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of basic production equipment; operate under supervision.
• Track and perform preventative maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Coordinate with repairmen and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and calibration.
• Train machine operators on new processes and current procedures; cross-train teammates.
• Assist Engineering and Production in prototyping, testing, and running experiments.
