Jacobs is seeking an Entry-level Environmental Engineer based in Corvallis or Portland, OR, to work on complex site characterization and remediation for government and private clients. You’ll split time between field tasks (roughly 50-75%) and office activities, learning from seasoned staff and growing your environmental career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, or Chemical) preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience
• Proficiency in technical writing (thesis or journal articles preferred)
• 40–hr HAZWOPER certification or the ability to attain this certification
• Valid state drivers license
• United States Citizenship

Responsabilités

• Participate in site characterization and remediation projects for government and private clients.
• Balance field work (50–75%) with office tasks, including data evaluation, report writing, and project document preparation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee drilling activities.
