Job summary

Arcadis in Novi, MI is seeking an entry-level Engineer to join our Resilience Environment team starting Summer 2026. The role supports environmental assessment and remediation projects for US Federal Government and industrial clients, with travel up to 75% in early years.

You will work with Senior Scientists/Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Experts on field investigations, sampling, pilot programs, and design optimization, developing strong MS Office and data QA/QC skills while

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• EIT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field investigations, sampling activities, pilot programs and full-scale remedial efforts.
• Design and oversight of remediation systems and system upgrades.
• Soil and groundwater investigation and site characterization.
• Data compilation, evaluation, QA/QC and report writing.
• Coordination with project managers and senior engineering staff.
• Travel required, up to 75% initially, then gradually reduced with career growth.
