Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Technical Intern / Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Novi, MI team for Summer 2027.

You will gain exposure to environmental remediation, design reports, field investigations, and regulatory compliance while working with a collaborative, mentorship-focused team. The internship offers hands-on experience across multiple projects, with potential conversion to full-time upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline.
• Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, and programming skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with systems design, hydraulic evaluation, and design reports.
• Contribute to construction documents, specs, and oversight.
• Support field and office site investigations including soil, water, and vapor sampling.
• Assist remediation system operation and project strategy.
• Coordinate tasks, compile data, and support QA/QC and cost estimates.
• Assist with design calculations for treatment technologies and drawings.
• Assist with air emissions characterization, permitting, and compliance.
