Qualifications

• Three to five years of applicable experience in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering disciplines.
• Entry level with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• Comfortable with supervising contractors and coordinating mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment.
• Supervise upgrades to maintain equipment.
• Identify areas for improvement and execute corrective actions.
• Lead FMEAs for equipment upgrades.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians.

Skills

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to read P&IDs/structural/mechanical/electrical prints

PLC knowledge

Lean experience

Knowledge of engineering principles

Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment

Working knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Understanding of AutoCAD

Education
