Shift: M-F 7am-4pm, with possible overtime when approved by HM

Responsibilities

1. Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing and facilities equipment
2. Supervise upgrades/modifications to maintain equipment in 'As New' condition
3. Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
4. Manage small-scale equipment and facility projects
5. Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
6. Support equipment startup, calibration, and support
7. Supervise contractors such as plumbers and electricians
8. Communicate relevant information timely
9. Lead FMEAs for equipment upgrades or obsolescence
10. Apply Root Cause Analysis for troubleshooting
11. Mentor maintenance technicians

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of engineering principles and commercial components
2. PLC experience
3. Lean methodology experience is a plus
4. Knowledge of engineering standards and safety codes
5. Understanding of facility infrastructure such as boilers and compressors
6. Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment
7. Proficiency with MS Office applications
8. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
9. 3-5 years of relevant experience or entry-level with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical engineering, or related field
