Columbia County Sheriff's Office is seeking entry-level Enforcement Deputies to join a dedicated team in solving community problems and upholding laws and public safety. The position offers full-time hours with rotating day, swing, and night shifts, including overtime as required.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, with a two-year law enforcement degree preferred. DPSST certification and urgent pre-employment testing are required, along with a valid driver's license and clean background

Formación

• Equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Equivalent to a two-year degree in law enforcement preferred.
• Possession of or ability to obtain DPSST certification within one year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct law enforcement and crime prevention and investigation activities.
• Collaborate with team to solve community problems and reduce crime.
• Prepare and complete accurate reports and maintain records.
