You will learn quickly, support other production tasks, and report to the Plaque Department Manager. The position requires accuracy, ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and a team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Must follow established processes and directions.
• Physically able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Team-oriented and willing to help across departments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and finish embroidered products.
• Weed and press cut vinyl products.
• Press and create buttons.
• Fold, wrap, tag garments and operate shrink wrap machine.
• Sort, stuff, and label items for shipping.
• Assist in screen printing department when needed.
