Job summary

PepWear, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is seeking a Heat Press Production Associate to join our Screen Print Department. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities as you learn heat-press operations, production workflows, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Regular daytime hours, with occasional evening work during peak seasons, and on-site work at our Cedar Hill facility. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for long periods while handling transfers

Must be detail oriented and able to follow specifications precisely.
Strong work ethic and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to read and comprehend English job instructions.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate heat press machines to apply transfers, names, numbers, logos, and graphics to apparel.
Position transfers on garments according to order specifications.
Set and monitor heat press temperature, pressure, and time for different items.
Inspect transfers and finished garments for placement, adhesion, color, and quality.
Identify defects or issues and re-press or set aside items for correction.
Read and follow work orders and garment specifications accurately.
