Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish.
• Previous experience in a human services position is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interviews clients and reviews applications for eligibility programs.
• Inputs data into the CBMS system for new cases and changes.
• Learns applicable rules and regulations for efficient processing.
• Develops client interactions and professional communications (phone, email, mail).
• Performs required administrative tasks and maintains organized case files.
