Qualifications

• At least some experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and drawings.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work with electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic material handling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical products using detailed work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Read and interpret bills of materials and production documentation.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, hex wrenches, torque wrenches, scrapers, and knives.
• Operate power tools including drills, drill presses, and heat guns.
• Count, stock, and organize parts and materials.
• Perform basic material handling duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Utilize a computer and Microsoft Office programs for production support and documentation.
• Safely use ladders when required.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
