Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an Assembler I to assemble and wire non-energized, high-speed auxiliary relay panels in accordance with panel drawings and wiring diagrams. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will read diagrams, select materials, and complete tasks safely and accurately.

You will work on a team in a production setting, using hand tools and following work instructions. Prior experience is welcome but not required, with a High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements.
• Assemble and wire devices according to work instructions and bill of materials.
• Maintain minimum productivity as defined by management.
• Use hand tools to drill, tap, crimp lugs, cut and strip wire, and install equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisor and engineers to resolve production problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
