Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in E-commerce, Digital Merchandising, Content Operations, or a related field.
• Interest in learning e-commerce merchandising practices, digital shelf requirements, and product content processes.
• Familiarity with PXM or digital content platforms is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn systems such as Salsify, Syndigo, Stibo, AEM, Workfront, and Jira.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to track tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake and tracking of digital merchandising requests, documenting requirements and routing requests based on team guidance.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce merchandising activities, including global new item setup and digital shelf readiness.
• Review product content for accuracy using retailer checklists and flag missing information for follow-up.
• Assist with content syndication and retailer onboarding activities across key retail and marketplace partners.
• Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, IT, and other teams to collect product information and share updates.
• Help track content and project readiness, documenting data gaps or delays and elevating issues.
• Follow established digital merchandising practices and content standards.
• Perform routine product content and data checks and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain digital merchandising tools, process documentation, and workflows.
