Job summary

Zwilling is seeking a Digital Commerce Associate in Pleasantville, NY to power our e-commerce initiatives. You will manage product setup, on-site merchandising, and campaign execution with our in-house performance marketing team to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Hybrid work requires three days in-office weekly in Pleasantville, NY. You will support cross-functional partners, contribute to social selling efforts, and help optimize product feeds, pricing, and content for a premium

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in e-commerce, retail merchandising, marketplaces, or related role.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail—revenue-critical site execution.
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and quick to learn new tools.
• Clear communicator who coordinates across teams and keeps work moving.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch new products: item creation, descriptions, imagery, and site readiness checks.
• Maintain product data quality: titles, attributes, pricing, categorization, inventory flags.
• Execute on-site merchandising updates: homepage/category refreshes and promos.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure launches go live accurately and on time.
• Monitor site performance: sales, conversion, traffic, and top/bottom performers.
