Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Associate of eCommerce Merchandising to support item setup, international market onboarding, and day-to-day digital merchandising for EMEA regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in eCommerce, digital merchandising or related field.
• 2+ years in digital merchandising, content syndication, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with PXM platforms and content platforms like Salsify; Jira/Workfront familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital merchandising requests and prioritize execution.
• Lead onboarding for EMEA markets and end-to-end item setup.
• Coordinate workflows and track priorities, timelines, and actions in Jira.
• Ensure retailer-ready product content and accuracy for launches.
• Support content syndication and onboarding across key EMEA partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, IT and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Identify data gaps and risks impacting launches and timelines.
• Improve content standards and merchandising processes for efficiency.
