Performance Driven Workforce is seeking full-time Durability Dynamometer Technicians in Livonia, MI to set up and operate engine durability tests. Responsibilities include instrument setup, monitoring during runs, health checks, and post-test removal of engines.

Requires 2+ years of automotive experience and strong diagnostic skills. Shift includes morning hours with overtime and potential weekends; you must be flexible and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of automotive mechanical related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up engine durability dynamometer test cell.
• Operate test instrumentation and monitor test while engine runs.
• Perform regular engine health checks during tests.
• Remove engine after test completion.
• Maintain accurate records of test data and conditions.
