Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Life Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience; Associate I requires 0-2+ years in pharma/biologics lab.
• Understanding of downstream process theory and equipment operation in biotech settings.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping with MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations per internal policies and requirements.
• Execute downstream process development experiments.
• Support downstream purification unit operations (chromatography, filtration).
• Operate production equipment, including setup, processing, and cleaning.
• Maintain safety procedures and a safe work environment.
• Document and maintain records for process development and AAV production.
• Maintain digital records in in-house systems and shared repositories.
• Onsite lab work and collaboration in a team-based setting.
