Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing fiber internet company. In Bellevue-based territory, you’ll engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, showcasing the advantages of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You’ll own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth by expanding the customer base in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must have a drive to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphones).
• Personal vehicle required; travel mileage reimbursed at IRS rate within and outside territory.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door engagement with homeowners and in-home sales presentations.
• Communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned territory and represent Omni Fiber professionally.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
