Job summary

Aerotek is hiring an entry-level Production Worker to assemble a variety of doors in a fast-paced wood shop setting in Taunton, MA. The role uses hand and power tools, requires precise measurements, and emphasizes reliability and attendance. Training is provided, and opportunities exist to cross-train across departments. The shift runs roughly 6:30 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m. with potential overtime. Pay is $21/hr on a contract basis, with the expectation of teamwork, safety, and adherence to quality

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Familiarity with carpentry or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble doors of various sizes on a production line or stations.
• Take accurate measurements with a tape measure.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and finish components.
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.
• Support packing and basic material handling.
