North Atlantic Corp’s Remodelers Outlet in Fall River, MA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Door Assembler. The role covers 20-27 hours per week, assisting in fabrication and assembly of interior and exterior doors and related millwork to meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and committed to producing high-quality results in a steady shop environment. Proficiency in reading work tickets and basic English is required.

Qualifications

• Carpentry or woodworking experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Familiarity with millwork products, especially doors.
• Portuguese or Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely in line with company safety policies.
• Read and interpret work tickets for materials, specs and assembly requirements.
• Assist with setup and adjustment of machinery as needed.
• Set up machinery to support varying job requirements.
• Coordinate materials for production using tickets and product knowledge.
• Fabricate and assemble interior doors and related products per specs.
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards.
• Report damaged materials to Store Manager for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain machinery with routine maintenance (oil, blade changes, cleaning).
• Support general shop operations including cleaning, organizing, and storage.
