Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform DIY services, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness standards.

The role requires basic automotive knowledge and the ability to operate store systems, with part-time or full-time options. Successful candidates will have 2–3 years of sales experience in retail, be able to work various shifts including weekends,

Formación

2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment
Basic automotive knowledge and parts knowledge
Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
Reading safety rules and maintenance instructions
Strong math skills for transactions and inventory control

Responsabilidades

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
Maintain store product and operational standards
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
Store cleanliness and general stocking
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
