The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and safe handling of tools and equipment. It can be part-time or full-time, with a focus on friendly customer interactions and reliable delivery of parts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge and ability to source from stores, hubs, and suppliers.
• Ability to operate store inventory and ordering processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including put-away, counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized and assist with stocking.
