Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, assist customers in-store and by phone, and drive sales.

This entry-level role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong English communication, and ability to operate store systems. The position can be part-time or full-time, with responsibilities including battery installation, wiper installs, inventory management, and safe handling of parts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• Basic automotive knowledge and part knowledge.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
