Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and help achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. Responsibilities include providing excellent DIY customer service, meeting sales goals, performing battery and wiper installations, and maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet overall sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards; support inventory processes.
