Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• English speaking required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach sales targets.
• Provide DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes: cycle counts, back stock, truck put away.
• Keep store clean (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot).
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
