Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales/service objectives. The role requires basic store systems knowledge, part knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Fleet safety certification is a plus and the position can be part-time or full-time. Responsibilities include helping customers with DIY services, maintaining product and inventory standards, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or service setting.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Basic math for cash handling and calculations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store achieve its targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards and inventory accuracy.
