Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.

The position can be part-time or full-time. It involves providing DIY services, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• English literacy is required; Spanish is a plus.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Manage inventory processes including truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock, and related tasks.
