Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY customer in-store and by phone. You will help customers find parts, perform basic services, and work toward store sales goals while maintaining inventory and cleanliness.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from multiple channels including hubs and suppliers. We value reliable, friendly communicators who can handle weekend shifts and operate POS and lookup

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic store systems knowledge and basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers.
• In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
