Qualifications

2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
Basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge.

Ability to source from stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
Achieve personal sales goals and help store achieve its targets.
Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
Maintain store product and operational standards.
Manage inventory: cycle counts, back stock, and stock replenishment.
Ensure store cleanliness and general stocking.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
