Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 0–3 years of Energy Delivery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of distribution systems desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; circuit analysis software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning function and performance for all assigned circuits.
• Assist in identifying benefits from individual projects and predicted outcomes.
• Provide engineering support for specific projects.
• Assist with engineering resolutions for outages in the Distribution System.
• Create field work in the current work management system.
• Assist DDE/Lead until proficient in support of EMF and easement negotiations.
• Support customer quality of service issues and contingency planning.
• Model and analyze the distribution system using tools like SynerGee, PTI, USAmp, PI, and Visio.
