Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore® Indianapolis is seeking a team-oriented technician to perform emergency restoration and disaster recovery tasks under supervision. You will handle water, mold, and fire-related cleanup, operate equipment like air movers and dehumidifiers, and support restoration projects end-to-end.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repairs as directed by supervisor, including water extraction, packing out contents, and cleanup.
• Sets up and monitors air movers and dehumidifiers.
• May perform other cleaning duties on mitigation/restoration jobs.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Reports customer problems or damage to supervisor.
• Completes assigned tasks per company processes with quality control.
