Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Restoration Technician to service both residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. Tasks include specialty mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, content move-outs and related duties.

The salary starts at $20-$27 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. Travel to job sites, lifting 50+ lbs, and physical exertion are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to travel out of town.
• Able to move and lift 50+ lbs.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Perform restoration tasks following standards and deliver world-class service.
• Become proficient in fire and water restoration and mold abatement.
• Respond to water jobs and initiate mitigation per IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
