Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Denver, CO. You will work one-on-one with children, follow individualized ABA plans, and help develop communication, social, and independent skills in a supportive, daytime schedule.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and your RBT certification is fully covered. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within a caring, clinic-based team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Highschool Diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Team-oriented with child-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
