Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Behavior Technician to support children with autism at our Denver-area clinics. Follow treatment plans, help children learn through play, and maintain a safe, organized therapy space.

No experience required; paid training and fully covered RBT certification provided, with growth opportunities within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include data collection, session activities, and staying actively engaged to promote communication, social, and independent

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to sit, stand, crouch, and floor activities.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Experience in childcare is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and learn from observed practice.
