Action Behavior Centers in Loveland, CO is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional. A Bachelor's Degree is required.

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, using play-based ABA therapy to build communication, social, and independent skills in a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We provide paid training and fully cover your RBT certification, with opportunities for growth, health benefits, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• RBT certification fully covered after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based support to children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play-based activities and learning.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive ABC team to help kids grow.
