Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Commerce City, CO. A Bachelor's Degree is required. You''ll work with children with autism, providing ABA-based support.

No experience is needed; paid training and RBT certification are provided. This is a full-time, daytime role with Monday–Friday hours and optional Saturdays. Starting pay ranges from $20–$25.50 per hour, with raises after certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paid training and RBT certification provided.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
