Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time staff in Fountain, CO to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. No experience required; paid training and full RBT certification coverage are provided. The role supports communication, social and independence skills through play-based ABA therapy.

Position offers daytime hours, opportunities for Saturdays based on patient needs, and a strong team environment with growth potential within ABC clinics.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to maintain an active pace with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may assist nearby ABC clinic if needed

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
• Demonstrate a one-on-one ABA therapy approach with children aged 18 months to 8 years
