Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades program required.
• Up to one year of experience preferred.
• Safety Training and task training required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic engine malfunctions and failures with supervision.
• Performs basic engine and related equipment repairs on trucks and trailers with supervision.
• Provides quality control/assurance inspections of completed tasks including road testing.
• Uses computers and related software to assist in diagnosing and reprogramming engines.
• Completes documentation for service reports, timecards, parts requisition and returns.
