Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. in Ochelata, OK, is seeking a Trailer Technician to perform preventative trailer maintenance, DOT inspections, and repairs. The role requires basic shop experience, a valid license, and tools for hands-on work on brakes, suspension, electrical, and ABS systems.

Welding and fabrication with steel/aluminum are part of daily duties; reefer unit experience is a plus. This full-time, on-site position offers shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of shop experience with DOT inspections, brakes, or tech school certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Reefer unit experience is a plus.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
