Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is seeking a Trailer Technician in Ochelata, OK to perform preventive maintenance on trailers and handle DOT inspections. The role includes tire and brake work, electrical repairs, and on-site or road service as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year shop experience, and a valid driver’s license. Tools are required; a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Obtain a toolbox and required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times.
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum.
• Reefer unit experience is a plus.
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
