Job summary

Boss Shop in Wisconsin is looking for an Entry Level Shop Technician to perform entry level mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner. The role offers hands-on training and a clear path for growth within a company that invests in its employees.

You will complete training programs, perform preventive maintenance like oil changes and tire work, grease trucks and trailers, and assist with basic electrical diagnosis under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engines and shop maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a mechanic role.
• Basic mechanical understanding and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned training programs and evaluations.
• Performs preventative maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Greases trucks and trailers; perform tire repair and related services.
• Conducts Inspections and basic electrical diagnosis with guidance.
• Maintains shop cleanliness and proper tool/part storage.
• Ensures customer service and safety policies are followed.
