Boss Shop in Wisconsin is hiring a Shop Diesel Mechanic/Technician to perform mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner, with opportunities for growth.

Essential duties include preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, diagnostics with J-Pro, FleetCross and OE software, and complex engine, emissions, HVAC repairs. The company offers extensive training, benefits, and a clear path for advancement.

Formación

• Air Brake Certification is required.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• ASE certifications preferred; Tech IV must obtain listed items within one year.
• Section 609 HVAC certification is required for HVAC service.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance, tire services, and emergency road service calls.
• Conducts DOT inspections and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Performs service calls, including night and on-call assignments as required.
• Utilizes diagnostic platforms including J-Pro, FleetCross, and OE software to diagnose and repair vehicle systems.
• Completes work orders with labor, parts used, and required warranty information.
• Performs engine, fuel, emissions, drivetrain, wheel-end, air system, HVAC, and related repairs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the shop and ensures safety compliance.
